Price include:-
  • Air tickets ex-Kathmandu-Lukla and back.
  • All transportation in Kathmandu.
  • Airport pick up on arrival and drop during departure.
  • 5 nights in Kathmandu in 5 Star hotel with all meals.3 nights on arrival 2 nights on return on twin sharing basis. If you want your own single room, the cost is an additional $30 per night and for extra nights $60 per person for single occupancy. Please bring extra cash to pay for your extra nights and / or your single supplement.
  • Full Base Camp service for members and staff.
  • All group equipment needed to reach base camp and climb the mountain: cooking gear, fuel, stoves, ropes, all forms of rock and ice protection, radio communications, oxygen, medical supplies, etc.
  • Sherpa Bonus or any other bonuses.
  • All administration fees owed to Nepal, including climbing permit fees & national park fee for member.
  • Stool Shipment Transfer, Garbage Deposit fee.
  • 3 times meals a day and stay on twin sharing basis enroute while Trekking & Base camp for members & Staff
  • 1 Government Liaison officer.
  • 1 climbing Sherpa who has past experience of Everest Summit per member.
  • 6 bottles of oxygen 4 litres Poisk & 1 set mask regulator.
  • 40 kg per person for personal luggage.
  • As required porter for the expedition up & down Lukla- Base camp.
  • One Sim card for mobile phone. Recharge of phone by client.
  • All Nepali staff & porters daily wages/equipment/food/ clothing with medical & emergency rescue Insurance for them.
  • Tents for base camp per member and & twin sharing in Lodges enroute to Base Camp.
  • Air mattresses, dinning/kitchen/toilet/store tent, hot shower tent, tables & chairs, necessary cooking gears.
  • Transportation KTM to lukla to KTM members and staff with all luggage
  • High altitude food, high altitude tents.
  • Walkie/Talkie & Walkie Talkie permit fee.

  • Price Excludes:-
  • Personal equipment, sleeping bag climbing gear, member insurance, International Travel/Accident/Medical/emergency evacuation.
  • International round-trip airfare (USA-Nepal-USA).Or whichever country.
  • Airport departure tax, telephone & laundry, Alcoholic beverages.
  • Emergency rescue evacuation cost if needed and all other personal nature expenses.

    Trip Cancellation Policy:
    As there are many unforeseen circumstances that may occur during or leading up to the trip, we highly recommend trip cancellation insurance. In many situations, this may be the only way to receive a refund for unused services. In brief, Trip Cancellation insurance may allow you to get reimbursement if you need to cancel your expedition when you are not entitled to a refund from Ocean to sky.

    Due to heavy cost of organizing the trip/Expedition there will be no refunds thereafter ie less than 90 days left for expedition.
